Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SP Asset Management System ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Service Description
SP Asset Management System is a cloud-based enterprise solution for managing estates, buildings, and assets. The Service includes:
Multi-estate asset management platform
Role-based access control and user management
Analytics, reporting, and audit trail features
Cloud hosting and data storage
Technical support and maintenance
Subscription and Billing
Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our website and includes:
One-time setup fee of Rs. 50,000
Monthly subscription fee of Rs. 40,000 per company
First 2 months free trial period
Payment Terms:
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
All fees are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
Prices may be adjusted with 30 days' notice
Late payments may result in service suspension
User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Ensuring your users comply with these Terms
Maintaining accurate and current account information
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Data Ownership and Usage
Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
License to Us: You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.
Data Export: You may export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF).
Data Deletion: Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
Service Availability and Support
Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
Support: Technical support is available via email and phone during business hours.
Updates: We regularly release updates and improvements at no additional cost.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by S Plus Solutions and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
Violate these Terms
Fail to pay subscription fees
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S Plus Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
